This Tuesday 6/20. Super sparring day and Tryouts –Intense sparring to gain skills and readiness for upcoming fights. For the people wishing to join our team, this is the opportunity. You will be considered an UNRANKED PROSPECT coming in. If you win, you will become a PROSPECT, if you lose, you will continue as a TRAINEE for this current season. Everyone will be matched up according to designation and closest weight. You and your partner will decide if you would like to spar at 80%or 100%.
(JV Fighters must have 2 ,100% matchups this season to advance to amature.)
FOR NEW GUYS COMING IN- please acquire a mouthguard (from any sporting goods store) and if possible a cup (balls protector). please show up early and sign the waiver in front of the front desk. Gloves/equipment will be provided, but if you would like to buy your own equipment follow this link-

Rules:
Amature/Unranked:2X3 min Rounds: no elbows, no hard slams, no knees to head
Pro: 2×5 min Rounds pro (may use knees and elbows if wearing metal headgear)
Equipment:
-Blue or Red Tape On gloves
-Unranked prospect: ORANGE TAPE
-HEADGEAR: Metal Headgear 100% matchups/Any Headgear 80% Matchups
-THICK MMA GLOVES (The gloves labeled as sparring only)
-Shin gaurds/mouthguard/cup
This is a great opportunity for our athletes to fine-tune their craft. There will be judging, and the athletes will have to help out each matchup with the judging. Our team members will be matched up with new Prospects according to Relative weight and skill. At the end, we as a team will vote whether we think the new athlete should be eligible to join our team, or if they should wait for the next Trainee pre- season prep training. After the match ups are finished, it is suggested to work on mistakes and flaws from the sparring!
