Our trainee program is intended to grow beginner's who aspire to be a part of our team. The program was previously named novice mma,and it ran in 3 month cycles; once or twice a year. With the trainee graduating at the end, upon passing the test. We have no condensed the same program in a much shorter, 2-week cycle, that is referred to as the "pre-season prep". To go along with the pre-season prep is what we call "preliminary training". Preliminary training is before the pre- season. It's training for beginners, facilitated by our gym affiliates. Whitleys boxing, Springfield Submission Society, and our underground wrestling club. Preliminary training is all about learning basic skills from individual respected arts. Such as boxing, wrestling, jui-jitsu.
