Our Team
Founded in 2018, Our Team is focused on training/coaching our roster of up to 8 mixed martial artists. Currently consisting of amature to professional fighters (Although we have openings for trainees/prospects as well.) We train in a unique but effective format. We optimize our training in a 3 month cycle called a "Training camp". Utilizing not only our team members and coaches, but our Team affiliates as well. Alongside our core mma based practices; we utilize Whitley's boxing for our stand up, Springfield submission society for our grappling, and our in-house Underground Wrestling club. We fight within the season on the regional/national circuit, constantly improving along the way. All this makes us complete mma fighters to perform at our best ability, and rise above the ranks!
Hierarchy
our team is balanced within our hierarchy system
An Unranked prospect is an Athlete that is new to the team and must complete the mma tryout before training with the team.
A TRAINEE is a member who is on the novice level.
A PROSPECT is a member who has prior experience ranging from some training to fight experience.
An ADVANCED ATHLETE is a member who has proved themselves within the team and is confident with most skills in MMA. At this point they are eligible for team trials.
Our Ranked FIGHTERS range from JV, and Amature to Pro level fighters. Our Fighter are ranked and rewarded for there work ethic inside and outside in the cage. This is what were here for.
The Tier Objectives within our Hierchary are as follows: Unranked Prospect, Trainee, Prospect, Advanced Athlete, JV Fighter, Amature Fighter, Pro Fighter. The Steps to advance from each stage are clearly listed on the poster and in the app. It is on you to pay attention to the details/metrics that are being tracked for your advancement. Do not hesitate to ask a coach where you stand. We encourage all Athletes/Fighters to strive for advancement! That being said, there are new steps in play to deter stragglers. Trainees must advance within 3 Training camps, Prospects must advance within 2 training camps. Failure to obtain advancement within the set time frame will result in the athlete being dropped back down to Unranked Prospect, Which means you will not be able to attend the next training camp without doing the next tryouts. Advanced Athletes and above are solid placements, and will not be moved down. There are exceptions to this though. JV Fighters, who do not meet the goals for the set training camp will be moved back down to an Advanced Athlete. If there is any confusion, please do not hesitate to ask a coach about the details.
